Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the package and your postcode or address. We try to offer the cheapest options available through Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Sendle. Once payment has been accepted your item/s will be packed and sent within a few days. If your item is not available, we will advise estimated delivery time. Typically once posted your item should arrive within the week. For multiple items we will combine shipping. If you would prefer a more accurate quote on postage, please send us an email at email@example.com and indicate direct deposit as your payment preference.
We have a 7 day satisfaction guarantee – this means if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item in original condition for a refund of the products purchase price. Postage is not refunded in either the original purchase or the return of a product.
If your item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law you may seek advice from us with regards to the return of the item. Generally you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your faulty item including photos (to support the faulty claim) and proof of receipt. From this we will determine whether the item will need to be returned to us for further investigation. If the item requires return, the purchaser will be responsible for returning the item to Qwerki. Once the item has been received by us and if determined to be faulty the reasonable cost of postage and the purchase price of the item only will be refunded or a replacement provided whichever the purchaser prefers.
